AUVSI XPONENTIAL 2026 TRIP

Dates: 11-14 May 2026 (XPO event 12-14 May)

Purpose of Trip

The field trip to XPONENTIAL 2026 will provide students with an opportunity to engage with industry leaders, attend cutting-edge workshops and seminars, and experience hands-on demonstrations related to the latest innovations in drones, robotics, AI, and autonomous systems. This event will be an invaluable learning experience and a chance to gain insights into the future of technology.

Registration Details

Please complete the at the bottom of this page to register for the trip. Note that registration is limited to 7 UAS students. Students who demonstrate an interest in industry engagement and promoting our UAS program at an international event will be given priority.

Statement of Interest

Provide 1-2 paragraphs in the interest form covering the following:
Introduce yourself:
Briefly introduce yourself and what excites you about attending XPONENTIAL
Explain why you are interested in attending XPONENTIAL:
Describe your specific interest in the events’ topics. What fascinates you about these technologies, and why do you want to learn more?
What do you expect to gain?
Share what you hope to gain from the experience. Are there any specific sessions or aspects of the event that you’re particularly excited about? What connections of skills do you expect to make/develop?
How does the trip align with your professional goals?
Connect the event to your academic or career goals. Does attending XPONENTIAL tie into your future interests or studies? How could this experience help you in your education or career path?

Actively participate and engage (maximize your time at XPO and Breakout Sessions).
Dress professionally as a representative of our program.
